The intensive training plan was prepared and will be conducted by Martyna Rapp, personal trainer, specialist in group activities, Miss Fitness Poland, 2nd Vice Miss World. As part of the package, you can participate in all the activities or choose the ones that suit you best.

DAY 2 / Saturday 02/06/2021
- 7:45 Training- morning start-up in the open air / sea swimming 40 min
- 08:00 - 10:00 Breakfast
- 11:30 Shape your lower parts (abs & legs) training - 50 min
- 12:30 Slow Gym & Stretch Workout 75 min
- 14:00 Lunch
- 16:00 Training- Shape your upper Body (back / shoulders / arms) - 40 min
- 16:45 Training- Dance choreography - 45 min
- 17:30 Training Healthy spine 40 min
- 19:00 Dinner
- 20:30 Aqua interval - 30 min
- Spa / dance & wine
DAY 3 / Sunday 02/07/2021
- 7:45 am start-up in the fresh air / sea sailing - 40 min
- 08:00 - 10:00 Breakfast
- 10:00 Slow Gym training & super stretch 75min
- Handing out certificates.
- There is a possibility of late check-out.
As part of the package, we provide:
