Our restaurant has been known for years for high quality and great taste, whether guests opt for dishes based on the Polish culinary tradition, contemporary options inspired by world cuisine or seasonal variations. Our famous steak tartare and many other dishes delight guests not only with their taste, but also with their presentation.

Variety and individual preferences

We change our menu several times a year so that every one of our regular visitors can savour a new dish. The menu is varied and our Head Chef Miroslaw Gutowski offers his signature dishes for tasting. Our team is also ready to prepare meals for guests who need to adhere to a personalised diet, including any dietary recommendations.

Breakfast buffet

Every morning, we serve a generous selection of breakfast foods, which include a full range of cheeses and cured meats, vegetables and fruit, hot dishes, a variety of smoothies, traditional oatmeal, as well as sweet pancakes and waffles which are made fresh. So that you can start the day well with a cup of aromatic coffee or freshly brewed tea.

Our smokehouse

Vegan vegetable pâtés, flavourful cured meats, smoked sausages, pickles and fermented products – many foods, especially those served at breakfast, are our homemade specialities. We have a smokehouse on the premises, which we like to use in order to serve our guests natural products prepared in line with the slow food concept.

Piwo Sielankowe (Sielanka Beer)

Thanks to a partnership with a local craft brewery, you can enjoy Sielanka Beer, which is not available anywhere else. We have created three versions – a light, crisp apple, perfect for summer days, a winter buckwheat mulled beer and our unique, non-alcoholic special, which is a proprietary combination of apple juice and hops. It tastes delicious on our sunny terrace on summer days, but we also recommend it as takeaway!

Al fresco dining and picnics

During the summer season, our guests can enjoy their meal outdoors – On our sunny terrace or... the meadow. Upon request, our kitchen will provide picnic baskets filled with a variety of delicacies, best enjoyed in a secluded spot by the woods, by the river or on the terrace at our cottages by the brook.

The Apple on a Fork Certificate

The area around Warka is known as Europe's largest orchard, and as you drive to us from Warsaw, you will see apple orchards stretching out all the way to the horizon. We could not be without the juicy green and red in our kitchen, especially as we have been awarded the Apple on a Fork local heritage certificate. There's no better choice than our Sielanka hot apple pie with vanilla ice cream for dessert.
